The staff was friendly and the property was nice all with a really great location in the city. We arrived and with my Hotels.com status I was eligible for a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a suite in the front building. The extra space was nice and the room had some great ammenities - iron in the room, robes, coffee machine, etc. Valet was also quick when I requested my car and extremely helpful with bags when we arrived. We did not go to the spa or gym, but I have been previously and they are great!
