Fulfills all our accommodation needs .
Excellent location to walk to shops and excursions with seafront nearby . Area has element of homeless externally but they never bothered us during our 3 night / day stay on vacation .

Good base in central location
Good hotel, with a lovely roof terrace. Rooms were a bit small but it was clean and comfortable. Location was great, easy walk down to the front/space needle and to restaurants and bars. Would recommend it.

Good location.
Good location for Pike Market, Downtown, sea front and authentic American bar dinners etc. All at a reasonable room rate

Do not believe the reviews, stay elsewhere
This is the sort of hotel that manipulates ratings. They realized I gave an average check in review and immediately phoned me to discuss why and if I could remove this rating. Aside from this let me tell you the details of this property: lots of homeless in Seattle and this hotel is located next to a park where many drug addicts and homeless hang out. We were accosted numerous times, asked for money, and awkwardly complimented as if they wanted to steal from us. Next, due to the close proximity of the park, you often hear screaming and fighting in the night from the homeless. This was terrible to hear as you just want to help them. We even considered phoning the police to report a disturbance. Third, very very small room and you will be lucky if the TV or horrific WiFi is working. Also, never walk around this area at night. It’s not safe!!

Great location
Just a one night stopover before returning to the U.K. The hotel is in a great location for the waterfront with plenty of great places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice hotel.
This was my second stay here after returning from a cruise, the reception staff were really accommodating, from storing luggage, arranging cruise shuttle, food recommendations to name a few. The bed was really comfy and the bed linen and bathroom towels were soft and white and towels were large...not skimpy like some hotels. The hotel was ideally situated to get to all places of interest

Popular Cruise Hotel
Really helpful staff. If you're coming here from a cruise ship, it's worth noting that this is a popular hotel and is likely not to have a room available earlier than the stipulated check-in time. However, they will happily store your luggage for you whilst you go off exploring. The Space Needle is within walking distance of the hotel - about 15 - 20 minutes - so, if the weather is good, it's worth heading here whilst it is to take in great views. I did find the area slightly concerning - nothing specific but some 'unsavoury characters' around. However, I did not experience any problems during my short stay. Comfortable room - the cheapest rooms usually have just a 'courtyard' view which really isn't any view at all. Great coffee making facilities (or tea, if that's your thing). Good, comfortable bed.

Well situated and comfortable hotel
The Belltown Inn is a great little hotel, right in the middle of everything and within easy walk of most of the sights of downtown Seattle. The room was small , but that is not unusual for a city hotel. The microwave, coffee maker and fridge, as well as a safe for your valuables are welcome additions. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but we'll appointed and comes with complimentary toiletries. The area has a number of interesting bars and restaurants and is a short walk to Pike Place Market. There are a few homeless shelters in the area, so there are numerous homeless people that hang out outside the hotel. It didn't bother us particularly, but solo females or those with families should be aware when booking. As we left the hotel on checking out, there was a guy who appeared to be totally spaced out on something he was sniffing from a paper bag, right outside the main door. A particular mention for Samson on the front desk. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He's a great ambassador for the hotel.
