HVAC did not work on the room. Room had no mini bar, no vending on floors.

Nice hotel stay ruined by festive xmas music
My room was loud. Several teenagers were partying. Don't go to bed early.

Comfy place not far from airport.
A nice hotel in the midst of a business area in suburbia. A cluster of shops and restaurants provides enough entertainment and things to do during day and night. Located about 15 minutes from RDU by car. Rooms are big and well equipped. Bed was too soft for my taste. Paid Wi-Fi slow. Free parking. No gym in Hotel, but guests can use the gym across the street for freewhich offers plenty of machines, spinning classes, pool and more.

Exceptional
Housekeeping lacking.
Everything was fine until the second day of the stay. The room was not cleaned as house keeping did not even bother coming by the room until my wife called down to the front desk. We were out of the room from noon until 5 pm and yet nothing was done. The front desk people had no answer as to why and only had a "deer in the headlamp" look. The room was finally cleaned after 7 pm while we were out to dinner. I find this totally unacceptable for a hotel of this quality and cost.
