It is decent 3 star hotel. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Limited service. Central location can be crowded at times. Room facing the market are very quiet and comfy. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

6/10 Good

Breakfast was nice but coffee machine was not working so no coffee in the morning or cappuccino. The room was clean, but we found blood on our pillowcases and had to bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff. The shower tiles were full of black mold. We had a terrace that was great for hanging out overlooking Saint Joe’s market. All you smelled in the mornings was oil frying from the market and all you hear all night long is the subway underneath you. Upon arrival, they broke our luggage, bringing it upstairs to the room, so we had to buy a new suitcase, even though we brought it to their attention.Location was great, but it was hard to get a good night sleep

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately the entire Rambla is under construction and it was a huge mess. Not the hotel’s fault but a huge inconvenience and disappointment

Hotel was in the heart of everything of everything. The only complaint I have was the air conditioner was not keeping it cool enough in the room. The staff was great. The room was clean. I would stay here again if I came back.

Great staff and great location, but super small rooms. And no real amenities per se. But we’d probably stay there again.

Hotel refused to modify the reservation despite Request from Hotels.com. Had medical emergency but didn’t matter to hotel. Make certain you have insurance which was my fault. They show no mercy, only focused on the bottom line. Buyer beware!

Fabulous location and spacious rooms. Perfect place to stay for a few days. Our room had a balcony that looked out not only La Rambas but also the Market. I was concerned about noise - it was fine. Didn’t have breakfast here - no need when the market is on your door step. Metro is right outside the door making trips to various places easier with children. Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Dålig frukost, vilket är riktigt tråkigt när recensioner säger att frukosten är bra. Inte ens en vattenflaska på rummet. Låg standard!

Centrally located near Place de Catalunya on the Ramblas. 1 minute walk to the metro, lots of shops/bars nearby. Plentiful options for breakfast, generous check-out time, clean & comfy room and friendly staff. I'd recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. The staff are extremely accommodating, and I have no complaints. I wish there was coffee in the room, but the property is adjacent to La Boqueria so coffee is nearby. I like that the heating worked, and wasn’t automatically controlled by the Hotel. I also liked that there was a working safe in the room. It was very, very quiet, and I was happy there. I will stay here again the front desk staff upon check-in was as nice as she could be.
