Royal Decameron Los Cabos - All Inclusive
Could use some improvement.
We were very disappointed with the WiFi. There is NO free internet available within the resort so you're forced to pay the $10.00 usd per day, or leave the property to find a coffee shop or similar that provides internet. The elevator is currently out of service, which was not mentioned Anywhere when reading the hotel's website, or during booking. Quite often we travel with an elderly parent (lucky that he was not with us this time). He would not have been able to navigate a 3 story resort without the elevator (all 3 levels are required between the lobby, restaurant, pool/beach). There are also stairs with out handrails (Yes. I know it's Mexico), just thinking of limited mobility. The resort itself is a beautiful, well maintained resort, but that falls short when the restaurants & bars are under staffed having the waiter having to clean & reset tables when there's not enough of them to keep up with even general requests. They were literally "running" around the restaurant trying to keep up which made for an uneasy feeling when trying to enjoy a meal. Most of the employees themselves were hard working and pleasant. We also found that there was limited food choices, and the ones that were there were quite popular and ran out mid service. There were other items (butter in the restaurant & limes & mint at the bars) that there was a constant shortage of. Good evening entertainment.

Royal Decameron
Love this Hotel we have stayed there twice, It is a bit older could use some updating but we like the smaller quaint feel of the property. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The location is great and it's beach front, beautiful!

Highly recommended!!!
Let me begin how EXCELLENT the people that work here they are very friendly. From bell, front desk, bar tenders and housekeepers. Mayra and Africa helped us a lot from smooth and fast check in, during our stay thru check out. This resort is absolutely amazing. They will accommodate your needs the best they could. We stayed here for 4 nights, and felt like home. It is our first time in Mexico and the way people treated us will definitely make us come back! In this hotel, there are 2 restaurants Luna & the buffet. Luna is more of a sit-down dinner and you get to order on their menu. Buffet has breakfast lunch and dinner they serve different food every night. To me food in both restaurants are good, but I prefer the food at the buffet as they have variety of foods that you can choose. Luna is good for dinner, we go every night for dinner, we wake up early so we did not have any problems making reservations. Drinks are awesome they make good mojitos. Pools are clean, restrooms are clean. The room and beds are made and nice everyday. Also, they have a desk where u can reserve activities like snorkeling, scuba, atvs etc.. Make sure you look into the brochures and try to get good deals they need to sell so they would start off on a tour that is pricey.. Good thing we waited a day to decide and looked at offers before we bought it. Overall, I recommend this hotel for the price, good service and relaxing.

Not great
Resort was fairly clean. Beds were very hard. Food was horrible with only two restaurants.

Great stay
Food was good . No one told us about the clubs that inside the hotel we had to find on our own on our last day staying there . Service was great in the restaurant.
