8/10 Very good

This is a tough one
This will be my longest review where do I start I show up late and the front door is locked no big deal ...... the girl wondered if I was staying at the hotel because I looked well maybe not that good. The elevator is interesting the staff have to operate it for you. Room 309 WHATEVER you do find another room. The room itself is nice but you are beside Queen Street it is loud all hours and a jack hammer in the morning and the trains rumbling through blah blah it wasn't a good start. I will say the staff were always excellent and kind. The shower well SUCKS ..... drips out and trying to find a temperature was difficult. So day 2 lets move rooms ..... well what a world of difference it was so quiet and the shower worked better etc The staff were outstanding but be careful to no stay at the front of the hotel go to the back for sure. The area is ok and didn't check the restaurant out. Some good UBER eats ideas near by

Highly recommend the Gladstone House Hotel
If you don’t want to be right downtown this hotel is for you. You’re a 15 minute street car ride out the front door to downtown. This hotel is rich in history. So many restaurants and boutique shops at your door step. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. It’s like going to a museum and you get a clean comfortable room with it.

10/10 Exceptional

I really love my stay at the Gladstone House. The staff were great, the place was nice and clean. We had breakfast there and the food was delicious. I love the charms of a smaller hotel, with the ornate of a century old building with the mix of modern. The room was perfect, the bed and pillows were so comfortably. My favorites was the that they have a fully functional old time elevator. Each floor had a hangout area, one had a pool table, the other a coffe shop feel area, a louge. I would recommend! I have a coworker love the pictures i posted so much that she plans on staying there when she's in Toronto next.

6/10 Good

We were told the hotel was close to the Rogers centre which was our reason for the visit. It was not even close but the hotel was great in refunding our additional nights. I think this hotel would be great for a younger crowd.
