This hotel was directly in the city center very close to food, shops, Romeo and Juliet's balcony and the colosseum. If you drive, make sure you contact the hotel ahead of time to let them know you want valet parking. You will drive in on a one way, very tight street, so you'll need to jump out and pop into the hotel quickly and grab the valet so you aren't holding anyone up behind you. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with good options.

Great location close to Arena. I was in a room in a separate building further down the road - large room with high ceilings, original features and some modern touches. (Note: steps/stairs and no lift). Small, smart bathroom but terrible shower which really needs fixing. Good AC and wifi. I paid the €15 extra for breakfast buffet in the main hotel, as it’s great food with lovely staff.
