At the minute we walk to the hotel all the front desk people were very welcoming and polite. The breakfast was delicious and amazing coffee. The rooms was very big and clean. We had a situation with the hot water and was resolved immediately. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It is central location and very close to everything

Hotel was in a great location about a two minute walk from Arena. Room we had (Romeo) was spacious and slept three comfortably however it was in a separate building and you had to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs. Room itself was clean however, black tile floor was dirty and soiled your socks when walking on it.

The hotel is centrally placed for the Arena and lots of good restaurants in Piazza Bra. The hotel was very clean. It would have been useful to have at least 1 USB socket in our room. Breakfast had a lot of choice but the scrambled eggs weren't good. Overall a good 3 night stay in which we saw all the sights of Verona that we wanted to.
