1. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in many a hotel around the world I have been to. They refused a simple request to prepare a simple salad with ham, cheese and bread which I could give to my friend when she arrived later that evening (note - they have their own restaurant in the hotel so this was such a simple request, it’s unbelievable they refused) I was shocked and in disbelief the manager decided to call the police because I wanted to leave I was so disgusted and was willing to pay for the nights I had stayed but was not prepared to pay for the night I wanted to leave. 2. The manager is an ignorant person with zero customer service skills, and quite simply acted like a child in calling the police (all this with a smirk on his face) Only after I made him apologise to me for the poor disgusting service and for calling the police for a minor dispute, then I settled the bill in full (even though I would not be staying there) 3. The room are so outdated and old. Much better places to stay in Grado. I will never go back and never recommend this hotel. It’s quite disgusting how they acted. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL***
