The staff at Miramare was incredible. Very responsive, friendly and helpful relative to suggestions and bookings for restaurants, activities, excursions, etc. They also went out their way to assist with some unforeseen printing needs we had. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our balcony room was terrific given the spatial "build on the side of a mountain" constraints of Positano. Gorgeous views!! Conveniently located between the main street above and beach/marina area below - made navigating the many stairways less cumbersome.

Honestly one of the best hotel stays I've had. The location and views are everything you'd hope for from Positano. It is hard to overstate how beautiful it is waking up to that. The restaurant is also excellent. But the staff is what really stood out. Little things stuck with me: they swapped my water for a cold one when I arrived, and when I mentioned I was going to the beach, they handed me a complimentary phone charger without me even asking. That kind of attentiveness is rare and it made a real difference. I'd highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in Positano. The balcony in our room overlooking the beach and water was absolutely spectacular!! The staff were all so helpful! There are so many stairs but they had porters to help you take your bags up and down the stairs. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the dining room was also amazing! Highly recommend!

My stay at albergo Miramare was outstanding. As a female, solo traveler, I was very nervous about coming to Italy for the first time by myself and I had always dreamed of going to Positano. The staff at Miramare we were incredibly kind and informative and made me feel very safe. Angela and Carmela especially were very communicative and informative. They took the time to message me in advance to let me know that the ferries had been canceled and to make possible arrangements to get to Positano. From start to finish my stay was exemplary, and the staff was incredible.

This is an amazing property! The view is unbelievably gorgeous. The people are so nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful setting. We were in a junior suite which was very nice. They helped us with a driver from Naples each way who we also really liked. The only negative and I would still give it 5 stars is that our shower was inside a garden tub with a step up. It was so slippery that I can to lay a towel in the tub and on the step to keep from falling. Just not ideal. That said, would 100 percent recommend this property!!!
