We enjoyed our stay here very much. The club room was spacious and comfortable, bed really good, club lounge nice and quiet and all breakfasts, afternoon teas and cocktail hours were nice. The staff was excellent! Only downside was the poor-ish noise insulation in the rooms, had to wear earplugs. But otherwise can easily recommend this hotel!

It was a great stay. The location was really central but away from the craziness of Dotonbori but close enough to Namba Stn and shipping and eats. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were much bigger by Japan standards which was very welcomed.
