We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The hotel is very well managed, rooms are spacious, modern, and have a personality of their own in comparison to big brand hotel rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming and has easy access to a number of metro lines.

Disappointed
We booked the apartment attached to hotel as it accommodated myself, my husband and our teenage son. The location was very good, in a safe neighborhood. What was disappointing was the shower drain. We complained twice so that hopefully we wouldn’t be standing in dirty water. We were promised twice they would fix drain, but never did. For such an expensive hotel, and the fact that we could hear every upstairs footstep, I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel and not too far from main points so still walkable. Very small rooms but that’s common in Paris. Young man at the front really helped us get a cab for the airport so thank you to him for finding and calling the cab to confirm. Was a bit stressful and he really helped us.
