Late check-in and friendly hosts.
Very comfortable and clean, We had a late check-in and used the luggage storage the next day and were very grateful as my son could change after his morning interview. The hosts are friendly and the breakfast was yummy.

Stayed for the Chelsea Flower Show
The room was clean, tidy, a little basic and perhaps a bit on the small side. I think others have commented on the size. But we were in London for 3 days,out and about seeing and do things, not spending all day in the room. As for the location, it is great, a short walk to the flower show, 6 or 7 minute walk from Victoria, etc etc. Staff were polite and attentive, can't ask for more. Breakfast was basic, but enough to get you going. The room price was great compared to others in this area. Would I stay here again, YES, would I recommend it to friends, YES.

Nice hotel stay
Nice place. Friendly people. The continental breakfast was very nice and lots of it. Would recommend. Only thing was Wifi didn't seem to work, but that wasn't a problem.
