Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The Front Desk team of Cinzia and Julia could not have been better - incredibly friendly, helpful with reservations and arranging taxis/private drivers, and did an amazing job of communicating with the night team so everyone knew exactly what had been done or needed to be done. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - delicious variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, meats, and cheeses. The team of Alessandro, Angel, and Elizabeth were very friendly, helpful, and kind and created such a perfect experience to start each of our days. The roof top pool was a very welcome plus since we were there in August and appreciated the refreshing break each afternoon. The rooms had such cute and quirky touches that made the experience special (like an old TV as a night stand). And, my husband wanted to be sure I included that he loved the candy selection in the lobby, especially the licorice. The hotel is in a great central location too! It is about a block off the main street and tucked away off an alley so it is quiet and feels private.

My friend and I had the best time at Hotel Blu Di Te. The staff were so approachable and friendly, they helped us with anything and everything and went above and beyond to provide us with drinks, food and any help we needed! The room was perfect for our 3 nights, the rooftop was a lovely place to have a drink and any aperitivo before dinner. But the highlight was the amazing breakfast spread for us! The food was delicious, there was amazing choice, the coffees were excellent and the staff service was just so pleasant that it made it such an enjoyable experience. We looked forwards to it everyday!! Also the selection of beautiful and different crockery was such a nice touch!

Our stay at Hotel Blu di Te was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is full of charm, beautifully designed, and has such a warm and relaxed atmosphere. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their recommendations were outstanding – from hiking routes and local restaurants to helping us choose the perfect beach club. Every suggestion was spot on, and their local knowledge made our stay so much richer. We also completely fell in love with Santa Margherita Ligure. After visiting Portofino, we felt that Santa Margherita offered a much more authentic, elegant, and relaxed Italian Riviera experience, without the overwhelming crowds. Staying here was definitely the right choice. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Hotel Blu di Te for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Excellent all round. Way better than expected. Best toiletries amenities I’ve had in ages. Excellent staff, so friendly, such a relaxing environment Room was so perfect albeit a little small but that’s a minor complaint when food and drink very good, staff very accommodating providing an iron when required too and so many recommendations for the local area. Would absolutely choose to stay here again when in the area.

Such a beautiful property and perfect location for exploring Santa Margherita. Close to the marina and great dining. The staff was excellent and very helpful with planning our day and with dinner reservations. The property itself is so beautiful with a rooftop terrace and comfortable seating areas. Did I mention the bar? Drinks and service was outstanding. One of the best places we have stayed in all our travels.
