We had a good stay, staff was nice and welcoming, bedding was clean, shower was hot, we was happy we had balcony so we could smoke, only down side to our stay was we did not have kettle in our room, they had one at reception for all to use. I would stay again.

My room was amazing the staff are always ready to help in anyway they can and the price for a central hotel was amazing yes it had a lot of stairs to get to my room but that is amsterdam. It's centrally located and close to everything, just what we wanted. The only downside is that it doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs, with their shabby carpets, are discouraging at first glance. The room was very simple and small, but cozy.
