~The hotel itself was amazing and the kids particularly like the indoor slide they could slide down instead of taking the stairs. The staff were helpful, however failed to point out you need to book a breakfast slot for each day. I didn't realise this until around 11pm the night before and therefore the only times available were either 07.45 or 09.45 and later. I had to book the 07.45 slot as we were leaving that day, however this meant getting up super early and despite the reviews I'd read the breakfast just wasn't worth it, I'd sooner have had the time in bed. For such a luxurious hotel I'd have expected more.

Two things i would like to raise: First, is the breakfast buffet. It is outstanding, but a bit caotic. I simply dont understand why you do not have somebody appoint people a table on arrival. We arrived and could not find a table, meanwhile several families with only few people had hugged all the big tables so we had to wait 20 minutes in order to find a table. Second, we booked a room with 5 beds. While four of the beds were very good, the fifth, which was a bed that rolled out from under the bunk beds were no good. It was squeaky and way thinner than the other. Every time my daughter turned around in the night, I woke up. This could definitely be improved (theres room under the bunk beds for a bigger matress). Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Hotellet är fint och mysigt, rent och allt man kan tänka sig. Om man ska kritisera något så var det frukosten, för mkt folk vid varje sittning och lite för mkt spring mellan olika stationer för att få allt till bordet. Om man inte har barn så är hotellet kanske inte toppen.
