So over rated
So disappointing. Not sure who writes the reviews but judge for yourself. Two uncomfortable single beds pulled together to make a double. The basics such as not remembering to leave shampoo in the bathroom two of the 3 days I was there. Do not eat in the restaurant. The "hotel" is on the 3rd floor of what seems like an office building. The breakfast seems to be scattered around various counter tops in the whole room and the hot section seems to depend on what the staff feel like putting out. The scrambled eggs were horrible and the cooked parma ham only appeared on two of the 3 days. Essentially this hotel is all about the location which is incredible. But a completely average bed and breakfast. Oh and them shoving a sheet of prayers under your door at 5 in the morning might wake you. Maybe if they paid more attention to giving value for money than printing the prayers that might help?

The Best Hotel in Rome !!
The Perfect Hotel if you are going to spend some time at the Vatican, like we did. It is literally, across the Street from St. Peter's square. We can't say enough about the Staff and The Rooftop terrace. We are definitely coming back for a longer stay here . . . if we can get in !!

Lovely boutique Hotel across street from Vatican
Rooms are lovely with high ceilings & are very comfortable. Plenty of storage. Location is awesome. Just a few steps from the Vatican. Good restaurants are within walking distance. Bathroom is in great condition. Everyone was helpful and answered questions & solved any issues quickly. A few things that could be improved: Carpet on steps needs cleaning/replacing. Bacon was always undercooked.

A Pleasant Stay in Rome
While the room was small-ish but comfortable, overall we were very pleased with our stay. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The location and terrace are superb! The Vatican is literally out the front door and across the street. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun go down and the Vatican lights come on as we dined on the terrace.

Good 6.0
An overpriced hotel for Vatican pilgrims
Located directly across the street from St Peters Bascillica, this hotel seems to serve primarily Catholic pilgrims and church personnel. The decor is very traditional, with religious artwork. A daily gospel is delivered to the door. Our delux room was so small that we upgraded to the jr suite and ended up paying a fortune for our 4 days here. The bath is reasonably updated but our shower had a bit of mildew. The bed and pillows are very firm. Breakfast is not served on the beautiful terrace, and prices there for evening snacks and drinks are twice what we found elsewhere, so we didn’t get to enjoy the view much. All these negatives were offset somewhat by outstanding front desk service from the evening concierge.

The hotel is right across the street from the St. Peter's Plaza, an ideal place for guests who wish to spend more time at the Vatican.
