Do not pay in advance. Thay will cheat..
Never stay in this hotel you pay and thay don’t give you what you pay for… Thay make mistakes in their system and than say that it’s your fault that you didn’t reply in time.. Be careful .. there is much better option in the city for this price..

Tucked in a quiet oart of Neubau, which is walking distance from Museum Quarter or Innerestadt we really enjoyed our stay here. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked rich in options. Staff was friendly even helped us to an iPhone charger my wife forgot hers. Good hotel

Scam
The hotel gave us an old room that doesn't look any similar to the picture. On top of that, we got separated beds, although we ordered one double bed. In return the hotel told us this is our problem and they are fully booked with all rooms. WARNING you dont get near this hotel. ON TOP OF THAT, they refused to give us a discount on that night while they didn't have the room we ordered, which they needed to provide. This is absolutely a scam. DONT GET NEAR THIS HOTEL.
