Centrally located, with very helpful and friendly staff, hotel is a little tired but clean and comfortable, would have liked tea/coffee in room for a 4* but the mini bar not expensive, excellent double glazing keeps out the noise from the street below, adequate continental breakfast with everything fresh and replenished as needed. All in all a pleasant stay with everything we needed and so close to museum quarter etc.
Great location in city centre with short walk to tourist attractions and tube station. Helpful staff, good breakfast and good room. Very good value.
