In Pamplona a Must
A wonderful hotel in every respect! When visiting Pamplona, this accommodation should definitely be on your list. It is a very short walking distance to the old town, it is clean, the rooms are spacious and pretty and it has a swimming pool, which the children will like. Wat more can one ask for?

The room sizes were great and the staff at reception were very friendly. The hotel was clean with good facilities, but I wasn’t happy that the pool could not be accessed until 12. And then by the time the lifeguard came it was 12.15.

Good location, but staff very unfriendly
Dreadful welcome by receptionist - lectured about needing to book parking prior to arriving before she even looked at our booking to see that I had already booked parking. Nothing friendly about reception staff then or on other occasions. We felt unwelcome at checkin and checkout. Porters did not offer to help with our luggage when we were unloading the car, in any way at all. We were staying 4 nights, and the hotel was not full in any way, but we were given a room at the far end of the floor we were on - which was very noisy as it was directly above the road with people walking back from town. No free water in room. The pool area was miserable and not looked after properly. We have stayed at this hotel twice now, but will look to stay somewhere else in Pamplona next year.

Lovely stylish hotel, spotlessly clean. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Good location with nearby parking. Very quiet even though it’s near a roundabout. Would definitely stay again.
