Staff are very good, lots of good food places nearby. Rooms are of a good size. Only downside I noticed was that the pillows and duvet definitely need changing. The hotel location is very convenient for Derby , Nottingham and Leicester. Of course I would book again.

This was just the ticket for me - competitively priced, good location and clean place to stay whilst visiting family nearby. I would describe it as 'functional' not necessarily where you would stay as a destination but good if you need somewhere to stay en route to where you are going or attending a conference etc. Breakfast had everything you would expect.
