Better check in information needed
The room was nice and exactly as described, but I never received the email with check-in details. We arrived late in the evening and had no way to get in. It was very scary. I did not see one employee during our stay.

Avoid at all costs
No reception staff, the only communication with staff was through a phone at the entrance. We asked if we could leave our luggage as we explore the city on the day of our arrival and they told us to leave them in the corridor (in full view of the open front door) Damp smell throughout. No shower screen in bathroom. No hot water, we had cold showers everyday. The heating was on in our room throughout the day and we couldn’t turn it off. Soap dispenser in bathroom broken. Mould in bathroom. Decor was dated but it smelt of damp and ciggerettes throughout. Only positive was clean bedding and close proximity of the tram into the city.

Overall decent
Needed somewhere to stay for a night out, it did the job. Had no hassle with getting the keys and things it was all self service. Free wifi and parking was a good bonus also.

Dare not put here what I want to
Not in the building we booked to stay in room was so tiny we couldn’t open the bathroom door properly as it hit the bed the bed was not a double as advertised no one managing the place on site kettle tripped the electric the toilet didn’t flush anything away and the skylight ( yes no windows) had no way of blocking the light all in all an appalling place and Hotels.com and the hotel management ( on the phone ) were less than helpful despite my current ongoing complaint! Never again with either of them !
