Ideal location for me, short walk from work. Walkable from the tube and Totenham Court Road. Had a small single room, had everything i needed. Breakfast was good, dont think staff were quite awake but it was early. Will certainly consider again for a stay when am working in the area

One night stay
Service was good but the rooms could do with some tlc and looking very tired. Smell of drains but as we were only there for one night we just sprayed some perfume around. There was works going on in the road outside so not sure if that was the reason for drain smells. All told though we had a comfortable nights stay.

Pleasant stay, would return
Welcoming reception, friendly staff. Quiet location. Great spot, a few minutes walk from Euston, British Museum. Complimentary bottle of wine in the room. Good choice for breakfast including veggie options.

New Year’s Eve stay, would totally recommend!
Stayed here for one night on New Year’s Eve (2 adults and 2 children in the 5 bed room). The receptionist was nice and check in was quick, he showed us to our room, the room was extremely big and had absolutely everything we needed, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottles of water, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, shaving stuff, sewing kits, shower hats, vanity kits..... everything! The hotel and room was nice, clean and tidy. Beds were extremely comfy. I don’t know about any other time of year but the main road that our room looked out on was busy and noisy but we were in London and staying New Year’s Eve so we didn’t expect anything different. The breakfast was made to order in the morning and the choice of what we could have was good! We had to book a slot for breakfast because the dining room was small which was ok, only downfall is that the tables were small and literally there was no room for 4 of us but we managed. We would definitely stay here again, the price was excellent for New Year’s Eve and one of the cheapest places around! The whole experience was well with the money we paid!

Clean but old B&B. No lift
The hotel is a typical old English B&B. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was very nice. JUST BE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO LIFT!!!!! I was on the fourth floor! Avoid this hotel if you are like me and prefer modern hotel. It’s clean but old and shabby. Remind me of a grandma house. Really!!

Regench House - a one night stay
The room was small but comfortable, and provided everything that I needed for a one night stay. There was no lift which could be an issue for people having to climb the stairs with a lot of luggage. I only had a backpack and an attache case, so it was no problem. There was a very good full English breakfast

Fair 4.0
Sadly lacking
Very small, very cold room with tiny bathroom. Terrible draught across the room from window directly in to bed and heater was rubbish. Staff didn't seem particularly interested or welcoming, seemed to be just 'going through the motions'. Decor has seen better days but cannot fault cleanliness. Food at breakfast was lovely but no tables were available despite having booked a time slot as, and I quote reception, "we've found it gives our guests a better service". Breakfast room only seats 10 at a time and they are half hour slots... Overall, won't be staying here again.
