So far best of the small hotels I've stayed in
Best of the small hotels in the area. Very good breakfast, very nice staff who speak English well -most small hotels I have stayed in have grumpy staff with too little knowledge of English and the surrounding area. Tiny bathroom but perfect for one person not spending any time in hotel room except to sleep. Good, firm bed. Rooms facing backyard totally quiet during night, probably noisy on other side of building. Very close to tube station, and the line that takes you to Heathrow. Excellent budget hotel.

Ideal for solo travel
It was a small but comfortable room that had everything i needed. It was cosy and cheerful. The shower was very tiny. It wasn't an issue for me but it would be for a much larger person, or someone with disabilities. The one drawback to being on the main floor is the noise levels were a bit higher when people were wandering to and fro. But at night it was very quiet. Especially outside. Everyone at reception was lovely and helpful.

I won’t stay again.
The room we was put in was very small, little ventilation so the rooms were very warm and stuffy. The bedroom was on a slant so the bed itself was slanted, breakfast wasn’t much and my friends and I saw a cockroach in the dinning room. There is no lift in the hotel and we was on the 3rd floor with heavy luggage.

Exceptional 10.0
So near not so far!
Was surprised that the hotel was just literally around the corner from Earls Court train station which made it very convenient. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and a big thanks to Priti and Theresa for their helpfulness. My room was on the 1st floor and the stairs may be a problem for people with disabilities. The room is very compact with the tiniest toilet/shower/wash basin in the bathroom imaginable! It all worked fine and was clean so no complaints but may be an issue for some. Breakfast was cosy as there aren't enough seats for everyone and you will find yourself sat next to a fellow guest but again not a problem to me. Fresh fruits, cereals, cheese and cold meats were the choice but were good. Overall a nice hotel and although a bit cramped did the job I was looking for my stay. Providing you don't have high expectations you won't be disappointed!

Did the job
Could do with a refurb. Carpet on stairs very worn. Room was ok but scaffolding outside window so couldn't leave window open and it was a very warm day. Our room was on the second floor and there isn't a lift but a staff member was very helpful and carried our case up for us. We stayed for 1 night as we were going to watch the tennis at Wimbledon but don't think I would like to stay for longer. The hotel is very close to Earls Court tube station.
