The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our bed was very comfy and had a great nights sleep. The offsite car park is just round the corner and a few minutes walk but secure parking and under cover. Would stay there again.

I could not stay there. The hotel was smelly, dirty, damp and cold. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I spent couple minutes and started to get sick so I have to leave. It was nothing like what been advertised. Was very disappointed.

Do not stay - stay anywhere else !!
Do not book this hotel - hotel stole money from my account AFTER I checked out without contacting me ! I paid deposit via hotels.com and hotel said they did not ah e the information even though I showed them a receipt. They said it was fine and day after I checked out they took money from my account. Staff were hovering outside room at 1am in the morning , 4 posted bed broken and moved rooms twice with no better result ! Used to love this hotel - Gone way downhill stay anywhere else !!

Stayed for one night at the hotel having stayed with a voucher last year . The room we had ( 111) was not as nice as the one we used last time . Room was quite tired with a small bathroom. Breakfast also seemed a bit poorer than last time as well . The sausages were cheap standard and the bacon was solid and inedible. Probably wouldn’t stay again

Lovely hotel!
We stayed at the hotel for the one night as we were staying in the city and came across it last minute. The room was incredible, looked exactly like the pictures and was so comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing, and let us know all the information we needed as soon as we arrived. We had breakfast in the morning which was lovely. We also loved the games in the common room. I would definitely come back to the hotel if we are back in the area! 10/10
