This was a very quaint and delightful hotel in the heart of the old city, very conveniently located. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help a couple of Americans. We will def be back here!!

Would highly recommend
Could not recommend this hotel enough. I arrived late at night after a long day of travel. The courtyard was the most beautiful surprise, decorated for Easter and lit with fairy lights. I stayed in room 112 which is a double with whirlpool bath. The room was very clean, spacious and had a good selection of drinks in the minibar. Despite overlooking the courtyard, the room was quiet and peaceful. The location of this hotel is hard to beat. It’s a stones throw from the shops, Palais Rohan, the Cathedral and the Batorama dock. If you are in a car, there is parking in a multi-storey right opposite. The thing I like the most about this hotel, though, is the attention to detail. There are free hot drinks in reception, the breakfast has plenty of options, the staff are very friendly and the decor is beautiful (traditional yet modern). The only tiny thing that could improve is a couple of cosmetic issues (crack in hallway mirror and some chipped paintwork) but it would definitely not put me off. It would be my pleasure to stay here again.

Perfect spot for Christmas Markets!
Cute hotel close to Christmas markets!! We had the loft style room which was great, however the pull-out sofa bed was not comfortable, very lumpy and probably needs updating. The room itself can easy sleep 4 people. The hotel room was charming and the best was the bathroom. Very large jetted tub, perfect for a day of shopping and toilet was separate from the shower. Parking was across the street from the hotel.
