Friendly day staff but uncomfortable amenities
Daytime staff was really friendly, cleaning staff was really friendly, but AC didn’t work and was very difficult to sleep in the heat. Evening staff simply said “yeah, it doesn’t work well”. Wee asked for a fan, he said no. We asked where to park, he said it’s full so we had to carry our luggage from blocks away.

Clap clap was wonderful! Big rooms, very convenient location (right next to the train station and also close to petit Paris). The staff was lovely and very accommodating - we had an early train to catch and they made us breakfast to go! Would definitely stay here again.
