Hôtel Le Louvre
If you want a good night's sleep, don't stay here.
It's all about sleeping. Why else do we stay in Hotels? When we travel, we need to sleep. These beds were horrible, to say the very least. Thin, hard & you could feel that springs. My husband and I travel extensively, and this was a quick trip to be with friends for New Year's. I have absolutely NEVER had a worse mattress in the thousands of hotels I have visited. To be fair, I must add that the pillows were comfortable. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and had one single window. The plastic blinds were bent & curved (melted from the sun?) & allows light to come into your room. In the evening from traffic & the gas station in the front, and early morning from the sun. It's like there are no blinds at all. Every hotel should have curtains to/that block the light. This one does not. Overall, this hotel is not horrible, just old and in need of an update. The staff was friendly, almost too friendly, as they would greet you so very loud in the morning, and also as I am speaking with a friend or my husband. It is catamount to interrupting. And it's not just "Good Morning" or "Hello". It's questions streamed together and so loud that you have to stop the conversation you are presently in to say Good Morning, just to get them to stop. Trust me, I love friendly, but wait until your guests are done with their private conversations before rattling off 10 questions. They had to see (more than once) that we were already talking between us, and were not yet close to the desk. WIFI is fair.

Family weekend stay.
Stayed here on a visit to Dutch wonderland. Very close to the outlets and Dutch wonderland. Lots of places to eat near by. The kids loved the pool and the popcorn in the lobby. The room had a fridge and there was a microwave in the sitting area by the eleavator. Continental breakfast was good.

the room had an odor, made it difficult to sleep.Bed uncomfortable.probably been there a long time. Really needs an update bad. Pool looked nice. Had coffee, tea and water in the lobby and popcorn in the afternoon. Continental breakfast was okay. This could be a nice place with a much needed update. rooms are large. Bathroom wasn't bad, but small
