Nice clean boutique hotel. Great location adjacent the city botanic garden. Sometimes noisy by walking traffic or kids playing. The church next door had bells ringing for nearly 30 minutes on Sunday morning. It could use and there is signage of and renovation/update. Bathroom lighting is not good for face mirror usage.

Stayed two nights from June 17-19 and did enjoy our time. The room was nice. Only complaint is that you can hear a lot of street noise as well as any noises in the hallway. This place is beautiful. From the moment you walk in, the staff are ready to greet you and give you a free walking tour of Valencia. Our room was a great size and so clean. We have no complaints! Also, you are walking distance from the Torres de Serrano and gardens. I recommend staying here!

Very nice place to stay away from touristy area. Clean, modern hotel with very good personnel. Has restaurant on site we used for breakfast. Big room with king bed, elevator. 15 minutes walk from the market. The biggest problem is noise from outside, kids were playing ball until late and noisy pedestrians. With everything good I said about this place, I try to find something different for my next stay in Valencia.
