Great location!
The room was small, but this was expected because I read others reviews. The room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the entire staff was very polite and welcoming. Joel, in particular was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Louvre, Opera House and shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Position impeccable: other aspects variable
Odd room in attic with toilet downstairs. Minimalist so not enough chairs to put clothes on. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Helix windows that only opened by remote control and seemed to close themselves automatically. Staff helpful. No kettle in room

Good if you just want a good bed to sleep
The hotel is very well located very close to the Louvre and metro stations, it was renovated no long ago, the room was clean and the bed quite comfortable, some minor details like the safe was not fixed on the wall, a bit noisy during the night and no minibar, the staff was quite helpful. Good hotel if you just want a bathroom for a shower and a good bed to sleep because this is only what the hotel can offer. Quite small hotel, no elevator, virtually no bar, and the breakfast is really poor, we just had it once.

Not Suitable for Family
I have a little mixed reviews about this one. The pros are – • The quality of the room was nice (although no carpet) and the size is decent (compared to European standard) • Room and bathroom were very clean • The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful • The location was superb, within 10 minutes walk to The Louvre, with numerous restaurants, bakery, and grocery shops and metro station. The Con – • The thing that we absolutely hated about the hotel is the lack of an elevator. While I was looking for hotels, a lot of them mentioned right away that they don’t have elevator/lift, so I deliberately avoided them. This hotel didn’t mention anything about a lift, so I assumed they have one. When we got there, we realized they don’t, and that’s a deal breaker for me because I travelled with a kid and with multiple pieces of luggage, and I was given a room on the 4th floor! So you can imagine lugging all those suitcases to the room wasn’t fun! Bottom line, if you are traveling with family, with multiple suitcases, this is not the hotel for you. But if you are traveling light and solo and don’t mind some heavy lifting, this might be a very good option for you.
