Schrecklich!
Ich hatte keine Gelegenheit in diesem von mir gebuchten Hotel zu übernachten. Nach langem Warten und nachdem ich schließlich die Telefonnummer auf der Buchungsbestätigung gewählt hatte,erschien eine junge, gehetzt wirkende Frau. Diese erklärte mir dass ich kein Zimmer haben könne- dieses wäre am Tag vorher von anderen Gästen demoliert worden. Ich könne ja woanders unterkommen, müsse aber warten. Während ich also weiter wartete wurden andere Gäste “bedient”. Nach fast 2 Stunden wurde ich dann in ein 300 m entferntes Gebäude in den 4.Stock gebracht (super, als Alleinreisende mit schwerem Koffer) und einer weiteren Dame übergeben. Das Zimmer dort war den Namen nicht wert; es roch stark nach Qualm und wurde wohl ewig nicht gelüftet. Ich bekam einige ältere Handtücher und sollte dieses Zimmer noch mal bezahlen. Dass Bettwäsche und Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber waren kann man sich denken. Mittlerweile war es schon Abend geworden und viele Alternativen gab es nicht- also Augen zu und durch- aber nie wieder dieses Hotel! Man hätte mich rechtzeitig informieren müssen und sich um gleichwertigen Ersatz kümmern müssen.
Wer wohnt dort oben? Und dieses Ausgussbecken war gruselig.

tutto molto bene, in particolare la reception molto professionali e gentili. ho soggiornato per 2 volte negli ultimi mesi e ne vale la pena, anche perchè si affaccia proprio sulla piazza centrale della città. la zona è fantastica, si trova di tutto e mi è parsa anche piuttosto tranquilla, metto stelle per prezzo/qualità

Molto bella questa struttura, vicina a tutti i servizi e alle attrazioni principali della città grazie alla posizione fantastica che ha. La camera era pulitissima e in bagno abbiamo trovato un ottimo set cortesia. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierò di sicuro ad amici e conoscenti.
