OK Hotel - I'd stay there again.

Room clean but carpet is very stained already for s new'ish hotel. Bed & duvet OK but pillows too hard. A softer option would be appreciated. Room 535 has some sort of pump or compressor outside or above it that goes on for 60 seconds every 15 minutes, which is very annoying when you're trying to sleep. Staff were great. Restaurant/bar also good but closed too early - 10PM.

This is a very new hotel, and thus the facility condition is ver good. The bed size is large and comfortable. However, we do notice someone intentionally scratch the inner side of the elevator door. Also, the drainage in the shower room could be improved by slightly adjusting the level of the floor to speed up the water dissipation. Thanks

這次是我們的第二次入住。飯店整體環境其實是非常好，因為這次加大雙人床，進去房間有被驚艷到。不過因為第一次入住時，在check in的時候，員工跟我們確認只有兩個大人的早餐，小孩要再付費.不過我們在訂的當時就是訂兩個大人一個小孩的房間，而且是選有含早餐的，飯店的櫃檯人員跟我們確認的時候並不是非常的愉快，有鑒於第一次的經驗，這次我們在訂飯店的時候，有特別把包含的內容快拍下來.沒想到這是入住的時候，在Chalk in的時候，仍然又是一樣的問題再次發生。這次我就直接把儲存在手機上的內容給櫃檯人員看，櫃檯人員仍不是非常的友善，不過，他們說會再跟Hotels.com確認。到了隔天吃早餐的時候，刷房卡時又跟我說又是兩人的早餐，這就讓我非常的不開心了。因為已經在昨天已經確認過了，隔一天早上又發生這樣的事情，實在是感覺非常的差。希望在這一點方面可以再改善一下。畢竟除了這個插曲之外，這裡真的是非常推薦的飯店呀!

4月3日帶雙胞胎兒女晚上入住，與櫃檯人員（女性）要了兩張棉被（態度很好），但夜晚22:30左右因為孩子還是覺得冷，便與另一位值夜班女櫃檯再多追加一條棉被給小朋友保溫用，此位女性櫃檯人員不斷質疑為何要棉被，中間我也不斷解釋，但得到的回應質疑態度還是令人感到不適…雖然最後還是有給予棉被，但這種態度對於客人很不禮貌，衷心希望能做好員工教育訓練，避免影響客人出遊心情，感謝。
