its great but...
pretty cool spot.. room was great and place was nice - but location to me was a lil off... somehow I ddnt feel it was safe walking home as its not really time square ish... also as you might think the port authority subway is there, its still a good walk -- especially if u gota go to N R lines... still had a great stay nonetheless and enjoyed my stay -- I just found my self ubering home on most nights due to the walk-

Truss Me, This Is Your Home Away From Home!
So glad I made the decision to trust other reviews and chose The Truss Hotel. The staff, Jessy, Lucy and Tony were very attentive and responded to all our requests promptly and with extreme courtesy. Jessy went over and above in helping us with food recommendations and parking assistance. She is one amazing individual and they are so fortunate to have her as the face of the hotel. The location is fantastic, minutes from Time Square, a lively block of streets (7th, 8th and 9th), the High Line and Hudson Yards. If you love walking, Central Park is only 25 minutes away, and 40 minutes to cross town to the East River. Tons of food options. Lots of paid parking garages in close proximity, and one valet attached the building. Room was very comfortable and spacious compared to some of the other tiny “pods” being offered at higher rates in NYC. No coffee/tea in the room, but that was not an issue as there are many coffee places within a minute from the hotel. Rooftop patio with great city views. Can’t wait to come back again.
