the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend.

O hotel é relativamente novo, o quarto amplo e funcional, só tivemos um problema com a pia do banheiro, no qual a água que saia da torneira vazava pela pia e pelo chão, contudo era mais uma questão de erro de cálculo da arquitetura. Ótima estadia. No centro da cidade, colado ao melhor shopping da cidade - Pátio Petrópolis. Quarto amplo com sala, cozinha e 2 banheiros. Piscina aquecida média e sauna úmida no 9o andar. Mas a sauna estava desligada no dia da minha estadia por descuido dos funcionários. Café da manhã muito bom. Único defeito é a garagem que é limitada e difícil para entrar e sair requerendo o manobrista do hotel e cobrança de 25 reais por dia.
