Hotel was very well located close to the train station. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with a long history since its inception. Excellent service by everyone we encountered at the hotel. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is included and was plentiful and very tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel if in Lugano. Easy walk from train station and walkable to the lake front albeit hilly but we are both in our 70’s and it was easy/peasy!

Great location and very nice rooms

The hotel was just below the train station but it was still very quiet. The rooms were updated and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold foods. We walked down the hill to dinner, sightseeing and shopping and took the tram up. Transportation was free because of the pass the hotel gives you. Excellent place to stay!

This was a lovely and well maintained hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast, and it’s walking distance from the main train station and down the hill from the main shopping and dining area in Lugano.
