Exceptional 10.0
Great Appartment.
Myself and my two teenaged girls were in Dublin for half term. We had apartment No.1, a fantastic 2 bed place with a bathroom and living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has enough utensils and flatware for 6 people, a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and even a washing machine. The area is residential and quiet. There is a SPAR shop nearby and coffee shops, restaurants and take-away all within a five minute walk. Parnel Street is also just a short walk with local bus and tram services.

Tired old place
Locality convenient but not very salubrious and the rooms small and in need of refurbishment. Sorry, won't be on my list again.

It has its pros and cons!
We stayed in room 7, for 4 nights, the room size was nice and the wifi worked which was a bonus, the room got cleaned everyday too. The hotel is a 5-10min walk into the centre where all the shops, bars and cafes are. You can go on a sightseeing tour for €10 which we thought was really good, takes you all around and you can hop on and off as much as you want for 24hours. We didn't try the breakfast in the hotel we decided to go out as it's not far. The negatives to the hotel are that the walls are thin and you can hear everything and I mean everything. The shower was so small you couldn't lift your arms up in it unless you wanted to risk burning yourself from moving the tap by accident, I couldn't wash my hair properly unless I hung my head out the shower, which is not what you want to be doing. Overall the hotel is in a great location with lots to do and see, the staff are friendly and help when they can, just be aware of the shower!
