Perfectly fine hotel and excellent value: very good breakfast, good gym with new and functional equipment, clean premises, very comfortable bed. Kingdom Centre is only a few minutes’ walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the US, hotels with “Comfort” in the name are usually not especially great. Don’t let the name fool you, this one is several notches better.

The hotel is very nice super clean. The bed is super comfortable that I just didn’t want to get out of bed. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The only thing was that I was charged two extra nights instead of one, but mistakes happen and they said they will issue a refund, they were very helpful with this matter.

While the nightly rate is on the higher side, the exceptional service makes it absolutely worth it. Check-in was incredibly fast and seamless, setting the stage for a great experience. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate two queen beds comfortably, making it perfect for our group of four. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathroom, with every detail thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was outstanding, offering everything you could possibly want to start the day! A special shoutout to Emon for his warm hospitality—he took great care of my kids and even surprised them with some candies. And Abdullah, who made the best omelets, was equally fantastic! The highlight of our stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise—a delicious cheesecake, a fruit plate, and a box of chocolates delivered to my room. Now that’s what I call top-notch hospitality! Add to that they had no issue at all with a a late check in and a late check out! A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back!

The room temperature was very cold The night front desk staff was rude when I asked to adjust The heat in the room. The concierge (don’t know his name) was getting loud saying he doesn’t have my bag when I asked for it and when he got it he tore the tags off of it and walked away. Super rude.
