Once we got to the hotel (road closed so couldn't use the hotel carpark so a bit of a nightmare!) we found the staff very helpful, our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. Great hotel in the perfect location. Nicely decorated, room was fantastic with a huge bed. Bathroom flooded if we didn’t roll up towels, the shower screen was outside of the grating to catch the water!! Breakfast on the last day was disappointing, no muesli or yoghurt. I asked for both and was told they had none. Ten minutes later some guests were brought yoghurts?? I decided to have a pastry but they had all gone too. The car park spaces are really quite small but we did manage. Overall we would definitely stay again.
