Simple, but comfortable and good value.

Id booked a single room with onsuite bathroom, and i got exactly what i was asking for. Clean, comfortable and very easy to access even though the hotel is unstaffed (no reception). Id recommend this hotel to all, but make sure you read the info provided as to the facilities so you are not disappointed or surprised on arrival. I will be staying there again in the future, its got everything I need. The custome service was top notch too when i contacted them. Fast and efficient.

It was a bed for the night

It had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Bedding and towels were clean. There was a shelf unit that was about to collapse and the blinds were knackered and discoloured. The shower was very warm and powerful. Instructions and how to enter the building was emailed to me. But I didn't realise and was expecting a message via WhatsApp or text etc. Tried to call the number on the door and also the other number I had, but couldn't get a reply. Then I found the email, with all the information we needed. Guess I should have looked at my emails first LOL

Appalling hotel and service.

Me and my friend arrived at the hotel at check in time when we got to the room then room was disgusting and smelt vile. The staff would not answer their phones for over 20 minutes and when they did they was very rude. The cleaner came a hour later and his cleaning wasn’t very good either after he did it me and my friend had to re clean the room. The service and accommodation overall were shocking and I would never recommend or be returning.
