The property itself is excellent. Customer service is top notch. The area, however, hasn’t developed enough so it’s inconvenient to find transportation or food delivery services. It might have been the low tourist time so the pool was not available completely (some parts were in repair/clean up for a longtime). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The villa was very nice great bedroom full kitchen small ouyside pool.The only problem was there was no place to buy stuff no market close to or on the property so having a kitchen was nice i only used the micro wave and the refrigerator.

프라이빗 수영장이 정말 컸습니다. 자연친화적인 곳에 위치한 빌라인 점을 감안해도 객실 내에 파리가 너무 많았습니다. 에어컨 환풍기 소리가 잠을 방해할 정도로 정말 컸습니다. 하지만 저 단점들만 빼면 가격도 합리적이고 직원들도 친절해서 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다.

새벽 2시에 호텔에 도착했는데 무리 없이 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 성인 4명이 사용을 했는데 방이 정말 넓어서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 입실하기 전부터 에어컨과 선풍기를 켜두어서 정말 시원했었구요. 침구류도 냄새 나지 않고 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고 방은 전반적으로 청결했습니다. 개미 같은 벌레는 나오지 않았습니다. 카카오톡 단톡방을 만들어서 스탭들이랑 소통을 했는데 친절하게 잘 응대해주셧습니다. 다만, 입실 전에 픽업 서비스랑 호텔에 대해 궁금한 점이 있어 호텔스닷컴 채팅으로 소통을 했었는데 답변이 매우 느렸습니다. (평균 2~3일 정도 소요)
