Lovely apartment and good communication from host. Super views of the lake from the balcony and the centre of town and transport within easy reach. Unfortunately we had a lot of street noise (presumably from the main square) until 3-4am on two nights…so little sleep! Everything else was great.

Very nice apartment but super stressful getting access into building. Booking site said checkin 3pm -10pm but no front door staff. Email connected me to local contact who sent link to use to open building door but couldn't get it to work. Finally someone walked out and I walked in. Apartment key in lockbox worked fine.

Apartamento muito bom, bem localizado e com uma linda vista. Como pontos de melhoria: colocar uma TV no quarto (só tinha na sala), um corrimão na escada (exige cuidado ao descer) e mais um conjunto de chaves (como éramos em 4 a entrada ficava complicada quando todos saiam).

Cheguei de madrugada e não consegui a comunicação com o anfirtrião para a abertura da porta, pois não tem ninguém na recepção no período noturno. Só tinha em mãos o código para retirar a chave na entrada do quarto, mas não tinha o acesso para passar da portaria. Nossa sorte foi que estávamos viajando com mais um casal e ele conseguiu o contato com o anfitrião dele que abriu a portaria remotamente. No quarto estava tudo funcionando bem, o aquecedor, chuveiro e etc. A qualidade da cama, roupa de cama e travesseiros poderiam ser melhores.

Quarto não correspondeu às fotos. Poderia estar melhor cuidado. Anfitrião muito solicito. Sempre pronto a sanar nossas dúvidas. Como sugestão de melhoria para a experiência dos hóspedes, seria excelente se tivesse no quarto itens básicos como sabonete no banheiro e saches de sal, açúcar, cafe, azeite na cozinha. Também poderia ter 1 roupa de cama e toalhas extras para estadias longas.

A localização é muito boa, próximo a tudo. Embaixo tem mini mercados, loja de locação de roupas de neve, restaurantes… da pra fazer a pé ali no centro. Um ponto de melhoria são os travesseiros e a cortina do quarto que não fecha totalmente e tem um poste da rua que bate a luz diretamente no quarto. Com esses itens ok, a estadia seria 100%.

Boa localização e vista linda, com oportunidades de melhoria. ​Tive uma estadia com pontos muito positivos. A localização é excelente, a vista é linda e o aquecimento garantiu o conforto no inverno. O sistema de check-in e check-out também foi muito simples. ​Como crítica construtiva para que o apartamento atinja seu potencial máximo, acho importante dar uma atenção especial à manutenção e à infraestrutura. O espaço estava bastante empoeirado quando cheguei (precisei varrer, queria passar um pano mas não tinha produto) e as paredes precisam de pintura. Para quem gosta de cozinhar, a estrutura atual é um pouco limitada: senti falta de detergente, potes para armazenar comida e formas para o forno, além de panelas que adequadas ao fogão disponível. Outro ponto que poderia melhorar é a experiência da TV, não é Smart, e o sistema de áudio, que tem uma qualidade de som ruim. ​Fica a sugestão de melhoria desses pontos básicos, pois o imóvel em si é ótimo e tem tudo para oferecer uma experiência impecável.
