I got a superior king bedroom. It was not a king size bed or superior. It was so tight, the bed practically enclosed in 3 walls and a small space in the 4th wall. Alsmot impossible to get out. No space to open the luggage on the floor. The worst part was that the room was too warm and when we asked for a fan they didnt have one. Location was good and they cleaned the room every day which was nice.

The only confusion I had was that I didn't know the Chinese Character name and I couldn't search it in the chinese map apps (which you'll need because Google map and apple map that links from Hotels.com doesn't provide route info). But the hostel was quick to respond from the message facility in the app. It was very cozy, and nice stay.

It is a great Hostel if you want to come visit Shanghai. The location is central and connects to many places. The staff is kind and the accommodation great, especially for the price. If you pay with a foreign card it is recommended that you save the details of the transaction as it sometimes gets lost and you have to prove that you paid already
