After reading some of the reviews here I was really afraid to go to this hotel. Because I couldn’t cancel my booking since I booked it few months before when their rating was higher star. But overall our stay was great. They cleaned our room on second day of our stay because we were staying 4 days which was quite surprising. Made our stay pleasant. Also hotel is really convenient. Breakfast is decent with great view. Honestly my advice will be for the hotel management is that, clean peoples room on time and fix hot water problems. Because you guys deserve higher rating.

Staff were great. Rooftop bar has great view of Eiffel Tower. Only thing was my toilet was blocked before I even used it. I complained the following morning and left for work but it had still not been fixed by the time I got back. Fortunately they were able to move me into another room. Otherwise it would have been a big problem.

Clean Room - Staff Only 1 of the 6 people we worked with were unexcited to have us in their property - We tried to get a drink at the bar but they were out of mojitos - Zero hot water I mean you open the faucet and nothing comes out - We were not able to control the room temperature.

We stayed in room 840 and it was very pleasant. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was truly magnificent. We loved our stay, but we still encountered a few problems. The shower did not work very well: sometimes the water was cold and, at certain times, the water stopped completely after a minute or less, so we couldn’t shower properly. In addition, the sink water was freezing and there was no hot water at all. I completely understand the purpose of saving energy and resources but this is something concerning and unacceptable to me.
