Generally a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is conveniently located. The only issues were that we could hear our neighbors clearly through the night, and the beds were extraordinarily firm. I would recommend this hotel and perhaps you could request a foam pillow and another blanket to make the bedding more comfortable.

What an awesome place. It is way better than the photos suggest online and the location is amazing -- across the street from the train station, that is one stop to the bottom of the mountain at Kitzbuehl. Came to ski and had a great time and would definitely come back.

Newly refurbished Henri Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Nice comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast. Good location. Stayed Henri Hotel in Berlin several times and wouls definitely stay at Kitzbühl again. Great deal for what you get! Spa, indoor lap pool, Sauna and Steam. Afternoon Brotzeit!

Cozy room with stunning mountain view. It is across the street from the bahnhof with amazing proximity if taking the train into kitzbuehl. The breakfast offering and apres snacks are included with create your own drink stations available for an additional cost.

This property is amazing for three factors. 1) Convenient--its right next to the Kitzbuhel metro station- so you don't have to carry your bags/skis far when you check in. And you can take the metro right to the Kitzbuhel Hamenkam stop (where there are lockers). This made skiing a relaxing activity as we didn't have to manage walking around in ski boots throughout town 2) Quality of the property-- great breakfast to happy hour, where you can self serve alcohol, this is a great place to relax. 3. The space! So many european hotels have small rooms, this place is big- with a lobby with lots of areas to work and meet friends. I'll definitely stay here if I'm coming back to Kitzbuhel.

Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön – vom Bett bis zur Sauberkeit hat einfach alles gestimmt. Auch das Bad war sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend und auch der Sofa-Bereich / Lounge war sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter: sie waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
