Parking was excellent. Room had some stale smells. Carpet needs a deep clean. Beds need a deep clean.

Easy parking in shopping car park adjacent to hotel. Reception on first floor (lift from street level). Efficient and friendly check in. Pleasant simple “Italian” restaurant 100 m away - no restaurant in hotel. Quiet location. Definitely desirable to have a car if staying here.

The service is terrible. I will never stay here again.

2/10 Poor

I was offered the worst room even though I paid far more for it. The smell of the room was awful. The smell of the bathroom was also terrible. I was afraid that if I complained, it would get worst.
