Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. It didn’t bother us as we are night owls but just a tip for anyone who goes to bed early, I’d request a lower floor. Thanks again to the lovely staff and would definitely stay again if I’m in Hanoi again!

This is my favorite hotel every time I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, central location, only about 10 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean, modern classic style, the hallway has a city view window, no need to use a card to get up and down the elevator.

Good for short stay, bathroom aint so pretty. Mold around bathtub and very kind of out dated. Cleaner knoks door at 9 am. Nice staff at reception. Room is big and lot of storing space.
