Friendly host, excellent quality breakfast and clean and fresh bedroom. Parking was a little tricky as there was a triathlon on, so we had to move our car from off the street, but we were warned about it. Excellent position very near the pier.

From all the thoughtful little finishing touches to the delicious breakfast, everything was exceptional. The hosts have clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. 10/10 Exceptional

Hotel was very clean and in a really good position for beach, pier and all amenities. Plus breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would say is I asked for a hotel with parking as my husband has limited mobility and we were very lucky to manage to park on the hotels car park but it’s still a few minutes walk to the hotel and there is limited parking for the hotel guests so if it was full we would of struggled to park as Llandudno is an old fashioned Victorian resort with limited parking. But overall lovely stay and highly recommend.

We had a fab 3 night stay. Everything was just what we wanted (having the twin room on the ground floor made it perfect for us). Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location (be aware of parking restrictions). The breakfast was superb with fresh ingredients and a great choice.
