We thought the customer service here was excellent. Very attentive staff. It was the small things that were appreciated, movie nights, free popcorn, cold fruit sticks, live music nights, kite flying. Lovely stay at the Bayou. Staff are wonderful, so polite and helpful and pool area is gorgeous. Breakfasts are great, lots of choice and it’s conveniently located for Pantai Chenang and Pantai Tangah. We had a fantastic stay at the Bayou. It is a really nice setting, and the pool an absolute highlight with plenty of sun loungers. It was lovely to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, and complimentary popcorn in the afternoons which was a nice touch! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean. We looked forward to breakfast every day! It had an excellent selection with some new options each morning, so delicious. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again - we stayed 8 nights but would have loved to stay longer!

The Hotel is getting old now, however the rooms were still very clean. It seems like the lobby has gone through renovations recently. The staff were exceptional and all so friendly, I cannot thank them enough. I would rather have stayed here than a $2000 a night hotel somewhere else on the island.
