The room was not what was pictured when i booked. We could not connect to the wifi and had to go back to the check in desk 3 times. Our room was far from the front lobby and did not have a nice view. The room and staff are pleasant. The Islander grill restaurant is also very pleasant AYCE rib wed was a plus. The pickle ball court was disappointed because of the surface. The pickleball area is nice however the floor surface was not designed for pickleball. The hotel should also allow 11 am checkout. Which was not even an option. Overall it was a pleasant stay but could also use improvement

Lovely clean hotel right next to Eagle Beach. Not as much activities in the area compared to Palm Beach a little further up the road but was still a nice quiet location.
