This location is PERFECTLY located in the Diocletian grounds. It is right near the central square and a close walk to restaurants and shopping. Balcony was perfect and had great views of the Diocletian architecture and style surrounding the hotel. Would definitely return!

The property is in a great location in the heart of the city, inside the walls of Diocletian’s Palace with restaurants and bars right on its doorstep. The breakfast was good, with eggs and coffee to order and the lady who was managing it was very friendly and helpful. I got lost finding the hotel and phoned to ask for help, I got through to Robert who was extremely patient and helpful, he even came to find me when I couldn't locate the hotel to walk me back to it and pointed out landmarks and explained how to find it more easily later on. The room was comfortable and clean, the only slight downside was that the air con unit vibrated on the wall which was a little distracting when trying to sleep. I loved Split and would definitely return to stay at Hotel Slavija; thanks again to Robert and all of the helpful, friendly staff.
